Sherif commenced his career in 1998 with “Juhayna” food Industries Company in Egypt then moved to “ LCC”, the Vodafone contractor in North Africa. He joined “British American Tobacco” from 2002 until 2007 after which he moved to Dubai as the HR Manager for the Palm Jumeirah with “Nakheel”. Prior to Joining Al Ain in March 2010, he was the Regional HR Manager for Africa with “Smith International, Inc. - Schlumberger
